The everyday.
The unexpected.
The aha moment.

We begin with life as it is.

AHA Movement explores the pressures, emotions and relationships that shape contemporary life. Led by Jihye Ha, the company brings these questions into the body through direct physicality, symbolic objects and rhythmic movement.

Our name comes from the "aha moment" : when something familiar is suddenly seen differently. Empathy is our starting point. Dance is how we share it.
