In a world that wears overwork as a badge of honour, rest can feel strangely unfamiliar. Um-Pah follows bodies constrained by colourful stockings: the visible form of the invisible pressure we place on ourselves. Sound, light and a subtle floral scent open a path from tension towards the simple act of being present.
